Terms of use

Mila is a search and analytics service. We show listings that sellers published on other websites, plus listings posted directly on Mila. We don’t own, sell, inspect or broker any vehicle or property, and we aren’t a party to any deal.

• Listings are written by sellers. We copy what they published and put it in a common format, but we can’t check that it’s true.
• Some figures are our own reading: a likely price when a price looks typed in the wrong unit, prices per perch, market medians and estimates. They’re a guide, not a valuation or an offer.
• Always check the original ad, and the vehicle or property itself, before you pay anything.

“Contact seller” and every source link take you to the site that published the ad. That site’s own terms and privacy policy apply there.

• Only post things you own or are authorised to sell or let, and describe them honestly.
• Keep phone numbers, emails and links out of titles and descriptions.
• We may edit the format of a listing, or remove it, if it breaks these terms or looks misleading.

Use Mila for lawful purposes. Don’t try to disrupt it, get around its limits or collect its data in bulk without asking us. The analytics, design and code are ours. Listing text and photos belong to the people who published them.

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses from relying on a listing, an estimate or a third-party site. We may update these terms, and the date of the latest version will be shown here. These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
